Welcome to Barbarik MMA. By enrolling in our training programs or using our facilities, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
A. Assumption of Risk
Martial arts training involves inherent risks of physical injury. By enrolling at Barbarik MMA, the member acknowledges these risks and voluntarily assumes all responsibility for any injuries sustained during training or on the premises.
B. Code of Conduct
Management reserves the right to terminate any membership without refund if a member engages in harassment, bullying, or unsportsmanlike conduct.
C. Intellectual Property
Any proprietary training systems, manuals, or curriculum shared during sessions remain the intellectual property of Barbarik MMA and may not be recorded or distributed without written consent.
D. Use of Likeness
Members agree that Barbarik MMA may use photographs or video footage of classes for promotional and social media purposes unless a written opt-out is provided.
